Cliff is the Founder and Managing Partner for Ramp Equity and Ramp Catalyst Group based in Seattle, WA. Cliff Monlux has over 25 years experience starting, growing, investing, and selling market leading technology companies. His experience covers private, venture backed and public companies across a broad spectrum of software, Internet, media, and energy. Prior to Ramp was a founder of Paradigm Technology Partners, a corporate development and M&A consulting firm. Paradigm helped launch such companies as: Docusign, eNom/Demand Media(DMD), Cartavi, and PassAlong Networks. In 2006 Cliff was involved in 5 M&A and financing events valued at over $140,000,000, including the launch of Demand Media. Prior to Paradigm, Cliff was the founder, CEO and later Chairman of CapitalStream creating market leading web-based front office automation solutions for banks and finance companies. With over $50MM in venture finance its clients included: Bank of America, GE, Fleet, Merrill Lynch and others (Sold to HCL). He also was co-founder and CEO of WorkWise which developed and marketed a human resource programs and EAI technology for small/mid-enterprise companies (sold to Oralis/VerticalNet). Cliff serves as an advisor and board member for several technology companies including: Utrip, CustomerVision, Venture Grove, and Centric.

Vik is trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investors, with a record of delivering $1B+ commercial growth through Mega deals and by aligning product strategy, pricing and sales execution to customer value and market demand. Vik has also generated over $2B in EBITDA improvement by integrating digital innovation with operational efficiency. Former Senior Managing Director at Accenture Strategy and member of the North America Leadership Team. He led P&L‑critical initiatives spanning enterprise sales, partner and ecosystem strategy. Deep experience partnering with hyperscalers and senior technology leadership to scale platforms globally – building repeatable, enterprise‑grade commercial engines that integrate product, cloud, AI, services, and partners to drive sustained growth and profitability. Vik evaluated more than 100 potential acquisitions for Accenture and engaged in integration of companies especially in the Supply Chain and Industry X space. Stanton (Stan) is a Managing Partner at Ramp and the Co-Founder, Principal, and Product Owner of Ramp Sports Network and Ramp Sports Network CF, funding platforms dedicated to sports teams. He has over 35 years of experience founding, operating, and scaling market-leading technology companies across software, Internet, and new media. Spanning private, venture-backed, and public organizations, his background focuses on the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. Stan has held numerous executive leadership roles, including Co-Founder of CapitalStream, WorkWise, and CustomerVision; CEO of Dozo Media; VP of Business Development at Blinkx and Zango; VP of Sales at Livible, Utrip, Appnique, and Red Foundry; VP of Marketing at WorkWise and AngelMD; and VP of Operations at CapitalStream and CustomerVision. Throughout his career, Stan has driven digital advertising strategies across gaming, e-commerce, hospitality, and finance, with combined campaigns capturing well over 100 million users. Registered with FINRA, he previously served as Managing Director with Umergence, a broker-dealer placement agent specializing in private placements and alternative investments. Stan is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Fred Rivera

FRED RIVERA - SPORTS CAPITAL

Fred Rivera is the Founder and CEO of Rivera Group Sports Advisors, a strategic advisory firm supporting sports properties, private equity firms, investors, and operators in identifying and executing growth opportunities across the global sports industry. Fred is an experienced sports executive, operator, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning professional sports, financial institutions, professional services, and government. Most recently, Fred served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for the Seattle Mariners, where he was a member of the club’s senior executive leadership team and played a key role in ownership and corporate transactions, strategic growth initiatives, media and sponsorship partnerships, stadium operations, government affairs, and sports-anchored real estate development. Fred also led development initiatives for the Boxyard project adjacent to T-Mobile Park, helping advance the Mariners’ vision for an expanded mixed-use entertainment and fan engagement district. Through The Rivera Group, Fred advises clients on investments in domestic and international sports properties, franchise valuation growth opportunities, capital formation strategies, emerging leagues, and sports-adjacent businesses, including sports technology, media, entertainment, and real estate. Prior to joining the Mariners, Fred served as Managing Partner of Perkins Coie’s Seattle office, the largest law firm office in the Pacific Northwest, and earlier held leadership roles at Fannie Mae and the U.S. Department of Justice. Fred has served on numerous public, private, and nonprofit boards and has been recognized for his leadership and business impact throughout the Pacific Northwest, including being named the 2022 Puget Sound Business Journal Director of the Year and receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award from California State University, Northridge.

Greg Ewing

GREG EWING

Greg has over 18 years of experience in business growth and incubation practices, with a track record of success. Greg has strong acumen in channel development and strategic alliances, where he spends most of his efforts with Ramp portfolio companies. Greg utilizes proven methodologies and leverages firsthand experience to select and enable partnerships which maximize the impact on company value. In addition to business development, he also provides strategy and product management consulting to Ramp portfolio companies. Greg most recently led channel and alliance initiatives for clients at Bridge Partners Consulting. Clients included large cap technology companies such as AMD, Red Hat, and Dell. Greg has also recently directed sales and channel development for Calico Energy Services, an emerging software services company in the electric utility sector. Prior to Calico, Greg spent time consulting in clean-tech focusing on regulatory affairs and strategic go-to-market initiatives for clients. Greg has also led or assisted in several business launches throughout his career. Greg started his career in technology, working primarily in the semiconductor and wireless industries in a variety of product marketing, engineering, and business development roles. Greg holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin.

Bob Wilson

BOB WILSON

Bob Wilson served as a Managing Director and was among the original leaders of Accenture’s Private Equity practice. He oversaw growth strategies and execution for multiple private equity firms and ecosystem partners, contributing to annual revenues of $3.6 billion. With over 35 years of technology-focused experience, Bob began his career with more than a decade in direct sales. He is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, possesses expertise across all major cloud providers, and held the role of Global Head of Private Equity at AWS, where he led Cloud First growth strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and sales management for portfolio clients. Previously, he acted as Head of Americas for the GSI Sales Channel at AWS, directing strategy and sales execution for the $20 billion global system integrator business. Before joining AWS, Bob established the Red Hat Sales Channel in the Americas, developing it from inception into a multi-billion-dollar route to market involving Cloud Providers and GSIs. Bob also serves as a board member, advisor, and limited partner to several venture capital firms including Stage 2 Capital, GTM Fund, and Ramp Equity Capital. He sits on the boards of various software and technology startups such as Metify, Klyra Capital, and Latitude Health. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance, an MBA, and a Master’s in International Business. Bob was a two-sport athlete in football and baseball, serving as team captain and earning Second Team All America honors. Additionally, he participated in the Air Force ROTC program for two years and was selected for the Fighter Pilot Program.

Kim Cox

KIM COX

F. Kim Cox has thirty years of public and private company executive management of both an operational and financial nature, but always marked by operational enhancement and revenue growth. He served in various C-suite positions including Sr. VP of Strategic Planning, Executive VP, CFO, COO, President and CEO at start-ups, emerging ventures, turnarounds, transformations and enhanced building efforts. In doing so, he successfully performed executive responsibilities involving operational leadership, financial management, SEC compliance, public and private financings, strategic planning, investor relations, and corporate governance, as well as, mergers and acquisitions. He has raised over $250 million in capital and taken three companies public. As part of the key executive group at four different companies, he has multiplied revenues and in the case of Rentrak Corporation (NASDAQ-Rent), the company ultimately achieved a $1 billion market cap. The industries he has served in include franchising of retail businesses, packaged goods distribution, entertainment, media, internet analytics and viewing measurement, transportation, private equity, retail consolidations, licensed sports apparel, and software development. Kim holds an MBA from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Business. He is a CPA and attorney, having practiced accounting at Arthur Andersen and law with the firm of Garvey Schubert and Barer.
